Optimum manning is a company that was birthed 5 years ago with vast experience in HR solutions that include training, labour broking, strategy mapping and implementation, talent management and labour relations. Our solutions are tried and tested over time with a competent team and big organisations as reflected in our references.
Optimum manning Solutions has established a partnership with P.G Attorneys at Law for the ease of dealing with any legal issues in proposed HR solutions and total avoidance of technicalities. Mr Tembani, a seasoned Labour Lawyer is a consultant at Optimum Manning in fulfilment of this partnership, both companies are housed at the same office in Hillside. This makes our brand unique and assures the client of a permanent solution to any challenges

Managing Director: Monica Tembo
An experienced Business Executive and Human Resources Practitioner par excellence with strengths in Talent Management, Training and Development as well as Performance Management. She has worked in various organizations holding managerial positions.
Monica holds a Master in Business Management and BCom Human Resources Management from the University of Science and Technology and University of South Africa respectively.
She also holds a diploma in People Management from Institute of People Management (IPMZ) and is currently studying for a law degree with UNISA.
Senior Consultant: Gilfern Moyo
Gilfern Moyo is a seasoned People Strategist who has just completed an MBA Chevening Scholarship in the United Kingdom and a Chartered Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership who would wish to collaborate with a progressive organisation to deliver high impact stakeholder outcomes through ice cutting contemporary global human capital and business strategies.
He is a holder of the following professional and academic qualifications, Master of Business Administration (MBA) -General Management, (2016) Hull University Business School. United Kingdom, Master of Public Administration, (2007) (MPA)-University of Zimbabwe, B.Sc. Honours Political Science and Administration, —University of Zimbabwe, Diploma in Personnel Management (2003) -Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe,
Chartered Management Institute Level Seven Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (2016)- United Kingdom. Gilfern has more than 16 years progressive experience as Human Resources Director/Executive/Manager for leading listed and non-listed corporates with traceable achievements in the Timber, Construction, Vehicle Assembly, Insurance, Brewing, Bottling, Food and Beverages, Printing and Newspaper Publishing Industries.
Senior Consultant: Hopewell Zinyau
Hopewell Zinyau is a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner and Businessman who drives his strength in strategy mapping and implementation. He has worked at the apex of Human Resources functions which include but not limited to Pungwe Breweries, Boarder Timbers, Midgale group and National Foods where he was Human Resources Director- Milling Division.
He has worked as Head Human Resources for Liquid Telecoms with regional responsibility. Hopewell holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe, BA in English UZ, Diploma in Training Management IPMZ and Diploma in Personnel Management IPMZ and Bachelor of Laws degree (UNISA)
Legal Consultant: Tichaona Tembani
Graduated with LLB (Hons) degree from the University of South Africa. Soon thereafter, he went under the tutelage of Adv Jeremy Lewis at Optima Legal. Tembani is currently a
practicing legal practitioner who has been involved in a series of litigation in all the courts of Zimbabwe. Prior to joining practice, he worked as a legal advisor for one of the leading
property company in Harare.
Tembani is also a director of Tributum Experts, a Tax and Customs Consulting firm where he is responsible for tax and customs litigation portifolio. He has a huge interest in Tax law, Corporate law, Labour law, Civil and Criminal litigation and debt collection. Currently he is studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation with the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants of Zimbabwe.
